Marilena Paradisi

Marilena Paradisi

Vocalist, composer, improviser, tireless explorer and experimenter in the use of the human voice. Her work ranges from jazz to total improvisation and contemporary classics.

“The most magical thing about Paradisi is being able to believe completely in what she’s singing; you get the feeling she was there, that this was how it was, and that she has both scars and sweet memories to prove it…”
(Jazz Times December 2002).
